Trying to connect to colosseum to trade via dolphin to my emerald but it says that the game isn't a USA version. I thought they were both USA but has anyone seen this or tried a work around?

wanted some help in getting mgba to trade with myself.

I previously thought maybe there was some kind of permission setting issues in macOS not allowing me to access the sav files, I've then realised that in the instance it doesn't grab it automatically, I can help it find it by loading alternate saves.

I'm now stuck in the section where it tries to link, any helps on this would be appreciated!

PS: the attached screenshot is the two emulator windows side by side.

Hi, thanks for this awesome job, question though. Is there any quick option for me to alter something to have this respond to both Analogue sticks for the directions. I can then play 1 handed on either side of the vita. I have seen in the config files to possibly switch from 1 to the other.

I'm playing through Inclement Emerald and I would like to have a different .sav file for each boss fight so that I can just change the file names to replay each one, but I can't see the .sav files or even the ROM file. The ROM file appears in the File Explorer and Start Menu as a "recent file", I can right-click to open the file location, and the mGBA app sees the ROM file and can play it, but I can't see the ROM or .sav in the File Explorer. I have the View settings configured to show hidden files, but that doesn't seem to have changed anything. Any tips on how to reveal my files?

Also I'm on Windows 11, if that matters.

Wondering if anyone has tried to take the GBA link cable and connect it to a PC usb port, then take the packets sent from GBA--->into emulator-->multiplayer, and vice versa?

Was going to try for "random" software coding practice.

If someone has tried this, where can I find documentation?
Ultimate goal is to make a tiny link cable board that connects to wifi and uses emulators as host software for multiplayer.

Hi, I've been reading a lot about exchanging Pokemons in mGBA. I think I have followed correctly the exact instructions which are:

- Open the .gba main game in mGBA window1
- Open a multiplayer tab an load the same ROM or a copy of it
- Go to a Pokemon centre and select exchange Pokemon in the upper part of the building

It then says wait for connection in both tabs and does nothing, I do not know what else I'm suppose to do, so I am seeking help in this forum.

I'm encountering an issue while trying to play Pokémon Fire Gold on the mGBA emulator on my PSP Vita. Whenever I attempt to run the game, I receive the error message "1 m sub circuit board is not installed." I've tried reinstalling the emulator and checking for updates, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, were you able to resolve it? I would greatly appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips you could offer to help me get past this error and enjoy the game.

I'm not sure how to add cheats on the 3ds version, I press X to open the menu, there is a cheat option, but I'm not sure how to find codes, or what I should be inputting to use cheats.

I'm new to emulation and having trouble, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've tried this in two games and in both games the a button on my xbox controller prompts the a button action I've mapped it to and, at the same time, the in game pause menu. I'm able to play with a keyboard without any issues but not controller. I've cleared out the hotkey menu option for pause but that did not fix the problem. I've also remapped my buttons does any one know where i can get help with this kind of problem or how to fix this?
