One or two false positives from lesser-regarded antivirus is pretty damn common. The filescan.io one is weird because retrying it at all just shows no results, and all of the things it complains about are bog-standard for an installer. It basically just says "it tries to write files to disk, which look like they're compressed, might need to ask for UAC permission to access the directory you want to install it in, and might ask you to reboot your system"--the last of of which it doesn't even do; I guess it's just a feature that the installer framework supports.
Basically, these scans are incorrect and using bad heuristics. I have no idea how they're not triggering on basically every installer.
