Looking at those Master codes, they don't seem to be valid. Further, the GameHacking.org cheat codes don't work in the game but not due to a bug in the emulator it appears.
Latest dev build (which I just pushed) should work with these:

But you'll need to add them as Pro Action Replay instead of GameShark.
