Can't load rom when another is Running

With the last 2 Nightly Builds. I load Rom but when load another one. Then mGBA crashes and have to exit Program and Reload.
I am using Windows 7 Home Premeium Service Pack 1. Please Help or is this something that had to fix in the Code? |
