RTC management 3DS

Hello,

Is there way to manage RTC in the 3DS version of mgba ? I want to have Fixed Time Clock for speedrun (pokemon emerald).

This isn't possible at this time. You probably don't want to speedrun Emerald on the 3DS anyway (beyond practice, I suppose), as the game will have random slowdown due to the weak hardware, leading to an inflated time.
