I'm having some problems with controller setup

I've been trying to get my Xbox 360 controller to behave nicely with mGBA and it...doesn't want to, for some reason.

While I was able to configure almost everything just fine, I can't clear the analog functions on the B, A, L and R buttons at all which are defaulting to things I don't want it to (for example, left and right on the left stick are inputting B and A instead of inputting left and right respectively). I don't know what's going on to cause this.

Which version of mGBA are you using? Are the "clear analog" and "clear button" buttons not working?

I'm using version 0.4.1.

I tried using clear analog/clear button, but when I hit refresh, the values I cleared return.
