Crashing on game load GM45 GPU

Intel GM45 Express Chipset (Dell Laptop 1545), all games/roms crash the emulator and windows closes it. No error code comes up. Is it just to old of a machine?
Any ideas out there? Cheers in advance

Can you try changing the Display Driver to OpenGL (force 1.x) before starting a game?

Although changing it to OpenGL did not fix the issue, setting it to Software(QT) did!I always forget to try other video renderers in the settings menu, thanks for reminding me. What is Software(QT) anyway? Not seen it as a option in many other emulators. Cheers amigo

Qt is just the name of the toolkit I'm using; here it means that I'm using its (slow) built-in image scaling.
