The GBA game 'Sangokushi Eiketsuden' is a tactical RPG like the Fire Emblem series.
As you can see from the attached image, when a character attacks, face images of both the attacking and defending characters appear, but those images aren't displayed properly.
(I also attached the savestate file from right before it happens. If you press the A button, it occurs.)
This error isn't caused by a corrupted ROM file or emulator settings.
I checked multiple ROM files of the same game on a real NDS(with GBA compatibility), and all the ROMs worked fine.
I also tried many other GBA emulators, and all of them had this problem except for gpsp.
So I'm pretty sure it's an emulation problem.
How can I report this to the developers?
