As in maintaining the normal frame size while having the fullscreen black borders and whatnot. VBA-M has this functionality but I'm trying to figure if mGBA is capable of the same.

I would also like this feature. Fullscreen on my monitor's resolution scales to an odd integer, which for multiple reasons is really bad for video encoding. The ability to force it to a smaller, even integer within a black border so I don't have to open a black image file fullscreen behind it and position the window pixel-perfect to align it with the lower res pixels... would be lovely.

This is available in development builds now with the "lock frame size" option in the frame size menu
