Save state file type question
#1
Question
Hi everyone,

I found mGBA today, and tried it out. It has better performance than my previous emulator, and finally there are no sound glitches. The only thing that's off-putting for me is that the save state files use a file extension called .ss1, which in itself is not a problem whatsoever, but I also use GBA4iOS on my phone, and it's pretty convenientĀ that I can move saveĀ files between devices and pick up the game from where I was.

However, GBA4iOS only works with .sgm file extensions. Is it possible to make mGBA use .sgm for save states instead?

Savestates are not compatible between emulators due to the heavy reliance on internal state. Sorry Sad
