I read in GBATemp that deleting your config file would fix this when the emulator creates a new one, and I just did, but mGBA still gives a code dump and goes back to the Homebrew Channel.
EDIT: I tried deleting all the content on SD:/mGBA and it sills crashes.

I actually fixed the bug today, so it'll be fine in the next nightly.

EDIT: I tried the last nightly and GB/C games boot now and work!
