don't know what happened to my save file for FireRed - 00Jacques - 06-15-2026
hello,
I had been playing through FireRed on mGBA and have always just saved through the actual game menu. I had no idea about .sav files until just now.
I saved the game the last time I played it, but now when I open the game, it brings me to a new save file. I don't know if my previous save got deleted or if I just can't find it.
I'm pretty sure that my file was the one attatched in the photo below, but it gives me an error message.
I'm completely a beginner when it comes to ROMs so any help would be appreciated
