Hi, I want to know if it is possible to:
-Link with another person with mgba for homebrew 3ds
-Export save files to another emulator with mGba for homebrew 3ds
If it is not possible, can you add it in a future version?.

The former is not possible. The latter just requires copying the .sav files

Then, can you have in count the link function (for connect two emulators in some games, like pokemon) for a future version for mgba/medusa for homebrew 3ds? I would like very much for trading/fighting with others.
And the .sav import function please.

Given how I'm implementing netplay on the computer versions, it will not be possible on the 3DS (or Wii). I'm not happy about it, but there doesn't seem to be a way around it
