I am wondering if there is Some Where I can download all the Cheats for the Game that I can just load in

You need to manually enter them as far as I know.

That is what I been doing. Then Saving them so I did not need to keep inputting them.
I seen Cheat Pack for Emulators like ePXSe and I was just wondering IF same been done for mGBA
