Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue while trying to play Pokémon Fire Gold on the mGBA emulator on my PSP Vita. Whenever I attempt to run the game, I receive the error message "1 m sub circuit board is not installed." I've tried reinstalling the emulator and checking for updates, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, were you able to resolve it? I would greatly appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips you could offer to help me get past this error and enjoy the game.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
This means that the ROM hack broke mGBA's ROM hack detection and winds up misdetecting the save size. There isn't a good solution for this on Vita yet, but the following works on PC. Before loading the game, go to Tools > Game Overrides and set the save type to Flash 1Mb. Hit save, don't close the window, then load the game. It should work, and you can close the window then. I might be able to figure out a way to edit the config file on the Vita to make this work, too.
