i recently got mGBA for my 2ds xl and i wanted to know if there can be any 
- any cheats ( like gameshark action replay etc )
- fastfoward
-filters
- made the games hd

1. Already possible but difficult to figure out (you need to create a cheat file on desktop mGBA and copy it over, this will be improved at some point)
2. Already possible, you just need to map the key for it (and it's often not at all faster)
3. Not possible on 3DS
4. Not possible
