I was wondering you have the Load Rom for Both GBA and GB/C Roms so I was wondering could you make 2 Separate ones to click on for Both Consoles?

Why? There doesn't seem to be any reason for this.

I see that VB had it and be easy to Look for GBA or GB/C Roms and not have them Mixed when Looking for a GBA or GB/C Game

I separate them by folders, i really see no reason why you should have the systems mixed. Just my opinion, anyway.
