I did notice it was planned (No rush, really!)
But I was also wondering if it'd be ported to the homebrew versions? If that was possible, anyways, would be cool to have a 3ds with a GBA game running connected to Dolphin!

It may be possible, though I will be honest in saying it won't be for awhile as even the PC as far as I know doesn't have Joybus emulation yet.

VBA-m has it working pretty good along with Dolphin, even can work with two computers via LAN... But I haven't tried it, I know there are tight timing constraints that can be silly but it could work.
